Senior Account Executive (French speaking) (f/m/d)

Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Account Executive to join our team and accelerate deskbird’s growth in the french market. In this role, you will be key in driving new business by identifying and cultivating outbound prospects, as well as managing and converting inbound leads. Your expertise and proactive approach will empower B2B clients to optimise their hybrid work environments, playing a vital role in expanding deskbird’s international presence.
In this role you will
  • Build and manage a robust outbound sales pipeline, creating new opportunities through strategic prospecting and targeted outreach.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle - from prospect identification and engagement to successful deal closure.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and position deskbird as the ideal solution for their hybrid work challenges.
  • Efficiently close both outbound and inbound Mid-Market and Enterprise deals.
  • Drive deskbird’s expansion in France by proactively identifying business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by executing effective outbound strategies and following sales best practices.
  • Oversee and achieve organisational goals while ensuring adherence to best practices.
What you need to be successful
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B Account Executive or similar role, with a strong preference for experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline generation, lead development, and closing outbound deals.
  • A passion for outbound sales and new business development, coupled with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesloft, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Near-native fluency in French (both written and spoken), along with excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of business culture and market trends in France.
