German Customer Success Manager

About the role
We are looking for a German Customer Success Manager who is ready to being part of our mission to make hybrid work for our customers and to maximise customer value. As an early member of our customer success team, you will get direct responsibility for key accounts, support our customers in becoming product experts as well as explore upselling possibilities together with our stellar sales team. Our goal is to be the most awesome customer success organization in the history of B2B. You will
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and all stakeholders within the company
  • Be responsible for the success of our customers and ensure that they fully benefit from deskbird
  • Take over the planning, implementation and support of (large) customer projects
  • Be responsible for the preparation of customer meetings, kickoff and training events
  • Act as the contact person and link between our internal departments and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of our product
  • Create and continuously expand our help center and product guides for our customers
  • Assist in setting up and customizing customer systems and in customer support
  • Explore opportunities within existing customers together with our sales team and get the possibility for fast career advancement
  • Contribute your own strategies and ideas to drive our deskbird values and vision forward
  • Continue to grow the success stories of our customers
You have
  • 1+ years experience in a B2B customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • A proven track record of overachieving, a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skills
You are
  • Proficient level of German and English (C1) 
  • An extraordinarily empathic personality
  • A highly service-oriented person, always putting customers first
  • Capable of quickly establishing trust with B2B customers and having conversations centered around business value with existing customers
  • Confident conducting your own kickoff and training events and being able to ask and answer questions to help drive the conversation forward
  • Very organized and autonomous
  • A very strong writer and spoken communicator
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Energized and comfortable when working in a fast-growing company
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing a lot at deskbird
