Business Development Representative (DACH)

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative who is ready to conquer the DACH Market with our leading SaaS solution. We’re seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. This is a great opportunity to get direct responsibility for key accounts, support our customers in becoming product experts and upsell possibilities together with our sales superstars. 
You will
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities for the German market
  • Develop proposals and present new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
You have
  • 1+ years experience in a B2B customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • A proven track record of overachieving, a hands-on mentality and strong interpersonal skill
You are
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • A proven track record of overachieving and strong interpersonal skills
  • A highly service-oriented person, always putting customers first
  • Capable of quickly establishing trust with B2B customers and having conversations centred around business value with existing cus
