Lead Account Executive (DACH)

Hybrid - Berlin, Germany, Hybrid - Munich, Germany
Full-time
Permanent employee

Your mission

The way people work has changed permanently. We're building the operating system that helps companies manage hybrid work, and we're growing fast. $40M raised, a category-leading product, and an obsessive team of operators who came from the best companies in the world. Now we need someone to own our most important market.

You will be our most senior individual contributor in the DACH region - responsible for closing mid-market and enterprise accounts (ACVs €20k–€100k+), running complex multi-stakeholder cycles of 3-9 months, and setting the standard for what great looks like on our sales floor.

You will inherit a strong inbound pipeline, backed by a brand that is increasingly recognised as the category leader. But you'll also build – deep discovery, outbound, and your own territory strategy. This is not an order-taking role.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Munich or Berlin hub.

In this role you will

  • Close enterprise deals in DACH – from first call to signed contract. You own the full cycle.
  • Build pipeline – you are expected to contribute towards building your own pipeline, based on proven playbooks showing great momentum.
  • Mentor and develop 1–2 junior AEs – raise the floor, set the ceiling. There's a path to sales leadership here for the right person.
  • Shape the DACH go-to-market – you'll work directly with the CGO to refine positioning, ICP, and playbooks for the region.
  • Help build something real in Berlin, or Munich – we're investing in the office and we want people who care about the culture they work in.

What you need to be successful

  • Min. 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS in an Account Executive role.
  • A genuine hunter – You get energy from opening doors, not just walking through them. Closing new business is what you're here for.
  • Track record in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales – you're comfortable navigating procurement, IT, HR, and the C-suite at the same time.
  • Equally strong inbound and outbound – deep discovery, structured pipeline management, and the ability to create demand where none existed.
  • High energy, coachable, and hungry – you're at a stage in your career where you want to prove something, and you want the platform to do it.
  • Native in German and fluent in English.

What’s in it for you?

  • Attractive OTE: Competitive base plus uncapped variable, and meaningful stock options.
  • Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe (check out the video from our last summit).
  • Team “Bursts”: Opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
  • Home office support: Financial contribution to set up a comfortable, productive home office.
  • Learning & development: Annual budget for coaching, certifications, and conferences.
