Creative Producer (Video & Social-First Content) (60% - 80%) (f/m/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Hybrid - Berlin, Germany

Your mission
We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. Fresh off our Series B, we’re scaling fast — and you’ll be joining at a truly exciting stage of our journey. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our industry thought leadership and managing our core content platforms.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Berlin hub. We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Producer who thrives on execution — someone who loves turning ideas into high-quality assets and getting them distributed, seen, and continuously improved.

Your core mission is to create and scale visual content that fuels deskbird’s growth across both product-led and sales-led motions. This includes everything from product videos and tutorials to customer stories, event recaps, and LinkedIn-native formats.

Social will be a key output, but not the whole job. At its core, this role is about end-to-end creation. You’ll help define how deskbird shows up visually, with a strong emphasis on short-form video and LinkedIn-first content. You’ll be part of a marketing team that values speed, creativity, and experimentation.

In this role you will
Own the full content lifecycle from idea → production → editing → publishing → iteration.
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content (mobile-first workflows welcome).
  • Turn complex product or workplace topics into clear, engaging visual stories.
  • Write strong hooks, captions, and post copy — especially for LinkedIn.
  • Plan and publish content in close collaboration with Content Marketing.
  • Execute a LinkedIn flywheel approach (company + people + high-impact formats).
  • Develop recurring content formats and series that build momentum over time.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
  • Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, watch time, and audience growth.
  • Use insights to refine hooks, formats, pacing, and distribution strategies.
This role is anchored in hands-on asset creation. You’ll produce a wide range of content, including:
  • Customer and expert stories — interviews, testimonial clips, expert POVs, and founder/leader-led content.
  • Event and field footage — on-site filming at conferences, customer visits, office days, and internal moments, turned into social-first stories and campaign assets.
  • Product videos and tutorials — short-form demos, walkthroughs, feature explainers, and use-case videos for LinkedIn, the website, sales enablement, and events.
  • LinkedIn-native formats — short-form videos, carousels, and visual posts built specifically for the LinkedIn feed, distributed across company and personal profiles.
All assets will be regularly adapted, repurposed, and optimized across channels to maximize reach and impact.
What you need to be successful
  • Proven experience in content creation, video production, or social media — ideally with a strong focus on short-form video.
  • Native-level German with excellent editorial instincts, plus strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to independently film, edit, and produce social-first videos (mobile-first workflows welcome).
  • Solid understanding of platform best practices across websites, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to turn ideas into published content quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Figma.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, video production, and social media work.

You are
  • A creative storyteller with a sharp visual sense and passion for digital culture.
  • Structured and organized, able to own the full process from concept to published content.
  • Curious and experimental — you enjoy testing new formats, iterating fast, and learning from data.
What’s in it for you?
  • Annual learning and development budget.
  • Top-tier tech setup, and a generous home-office budget.
  • Yearly company-wide meetups across Europe + regular team bursts.
  • Visit a hub - yearly sponsored trip to one of our hubs.
  • Generous annual leave package.
