Your mission
We’re building Europe’s leading workplace intelligence platform. Fresh off our Series B, we’re scaling fast — and you’ll be joining at a truly exciting stage of our journey. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our industry thought leadership and managing our core content platforms.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Berlin hub. We’re seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist (60–80%) to shape, elevate, and scale our content presence across French-speaking markets. In this role, you will drive our editorial strategy, produce high-impact content, and strengthen our position as a leading voice in the workplace tech industry.

The ideal candidate is a native French writer and exceptional storyteller, with experience creating content that resonates with professional audiences, supports pipeline growth, and reinforces brand authority.
In this role you will
  • Lead the creation of high-quality thought leadership content tailored to French-speaking markets (e.g., white papers, reports, executive Q&As).
  • Identify market-specific trends to ensure content is timely, relevant, and differentiated.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Growth to localize global narratives for regional audiences.
  • Manage the full content lifecycle—from ideation and research to writing, editing, optimization, and publication.
  • Own and refine all French website copy, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and strong SEO/AEO performance.
  • Translate complex product and industry topics into engaging content across multiple formats (blogs, guides, case studies, newsletters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and field marketing to deliver assets that support campaigns and revenue goals.
  • Uphold a consistent French brand voice across all channels and content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of French content to guide improvement and editorial planning.
  • Support events and webinars for the French market by producing key communication materials.
What you need to be successful
  • Proven experience in Content Marketing or Editorial roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Native French speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; fluent in English.
  • Ability to independently create high-quality content across a range of channels and formats.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO principles and how to apply them to drive organic growth.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to measure, interpret, and improve content performance.
  • Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, or content operations workflows is a plus!
What’s in it for you?
  • Annual learning and development budget.
  • Top-tier tech setup, and a generous home-office budget.
  • Yearly company-wide meetups across Europe + regular team bursts.
  • Visit a hub - yearly sponsored trip to one of our hubs.
