Sr. Growth Analyst

Your mission
As a Sr. Growth Analyst, you will be generating insights related to the customer journey. Your analysis will support lead acquisition, retention and revenue drivers across deskbird. As part of the data team, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders (Marketing, Growth, Sales) in a cross-functional manner. Your aim is to ensure our growth initiatives are effective, measurable, and scalable. You’ll accomplish this by leveraging existing tracking systems and turning complex data into well structured data models, enabling actionable insights and driving decision making. In the process you will get exposed to diverse datasets, mirroring the full customer journey. An ideal candidate is a great communicator, and  enjoys building scalable growth analytics systems.
In this role you will
  • Contribute to the company goals by enabling Marketing & Growth with insights.  
  • Be the creator & owner of all Growth related data models, end to end, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across the organisation.  
  • Build & refine multi-touch attribution  Design, implement, and analyse A/B Tests focused on conversion optimisation at various touch points across the customer journey. Incrementality is no stranger to you.  
  • Crafting valuable data models & insights via various data sources such as: Ad performance, website visits, CRM data to ultimately build a full funnel view (aka Bow-Tie).  
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and developing metrics to support company growth.  Developing reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.  
  • Be aiming for best practices ensuring the availability, accuracy, compliance and integrity of our data.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in analytics, with adjacent experience in growth & marketing

  • Advanced SQL & DBT skills for data modelling and creating trusted datasets.

  • Strong A/B testing and experimentation design and analysis skills.

  • Dashboarding proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to build clear, actionable insights.

  • Python expertise for statistical analysis, propensity modelling, and building analytical solutions (e.g. Pandas, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
