Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) - Workplace Management

Your mission

You will take ownership of our new Desk Booking - Workplace Management product. As desk booking is our core offering, your mission is to build powerful, intuitive, and scalable tools that enable workplace managers to operate efficient, compliant, and well-utilised offices. Your scope includes full ownership of the product lifecycle for our Workplace Manager persona, spanning our core booking foundation (desks, floor plans, and rules) as well as analytics.

As a Senior Product Manager, your squad will play a key role in driving deskbird’s strategic vision to become the leading workplace management solution in Europe, empowering both end-users and decision-makers.

In this role you will

Take full ownership of the Desk Booking - Workplace Management module with your squad, delivering a seamless experience for workplace teams managing space, capacity, policies, and daily operations. You will own the backlog and be accountable for both customer and business impact.
Prioritise opportunities in line with our strategy, using data and customer insights to focus on what creates the most value for workplace managers and the business.
Partner closely with Product Design and Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable workflows in an agile environment, while maintaining and prioritising a realistic and effective backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders across and beyond deskbird to shape and validate hypotheses, ensuring we address real operational challenges for workplace teams.
Drive alignment with the Employee Experience module to ensure a coherent, consistent experience across the entire product.

What you need to be successful

5+ years as a Product Manager in startups or similar environments.
Proven track record in scaling new products and achieving product-market fit and go-to-market alignment.
Proven success in delivering B2B or B2C software solutions, using quantitative (KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (user research, feedback) for prioritisation.
Strong strategic thinking, ability to translate business goals into opportunities, and drive go-to-market success.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder alignment skills, with a coaching mindset.
Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
