In this role you will

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) (f/m/d) at deskbird, you’ll be part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing SaaS companies, helping organisations worldwide make hybrid work seamless.
From day one, you will:

• Drive the early stages of the sales process – from building awareness and qualifying leads to nurturing relationships and creating a strong pipeline for our Sales Team.
• Secure meetings for our Account Executive team to allow them to introduce deskbird to prospective clients
• Take ownership of real challenges every day in a dynamic, flexible, and fun environment.
• We support your development through structured training, close collaboration with our Business Development Managerin our new Barcelona hub, and clear opportunities to grow your Sales career.

What you need to be successful

What you need to be successful

• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate - While we embrace remote and flexible work, we encourage in-person collaboration at our Barcelona hub 3 times a week to foster a strong team spirit.
• Fluent in German - Native-level proficiency is beneficial, as you’ll be covering these markets.
• Comfortable with cold calling - You’re confident making many calls a day and see every conversation as an opportunity.
• Goal-oriented - You’re motivated by targets and always want to go 100% and beyond.
