Your mission
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at deskbird! You will play a pivotal role in expanding our "existing footprint", "revenue" in client organisations, driving growth, and ensuring that our customers get the most value from the deskbird platform. In this role you will
  • Manage Customer Portfolios "Expansion": Act as the primary point of contact for key deskbird accounts, with the goal to increase our revenue while supporting our clients strategic initiatives.
  • Drive Growth and Expansion: Proactively identify, and close opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell deskbird’s services and features to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Product Feature Introduction: Educate customers on new product features, ensuring they understand how to leverage these for workflow improvements and enhanced value extraction.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and meet customer needs.
What you need to be successful
  • Experience in Account Management: Proven track record in managing multiple customer accounts within SaaS, software, or tech industries. Experience in growing client relationships and driving business results.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to up-sell and cross-sell, with strong negotiation capabilities to drive revenue from existing customers.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: High-quality service delivery with a deep understanding of client needs, increasing product engagement and retention.
  • Fluency in English. Native-level French is a plus.
