In this role you will

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in line with company objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to Product Management, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
Streamline and expand product operations for scalability and efficiency.
Implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, activation, and monetisation.
Identify and prioritise improvements to the application's UI and UX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the product from conception to launch.

What you need to be successful

6 years of experience in product management roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the B2B realm.
Strong understanding of UI and UX best practices across both mobile and web platforms, with a demonstrated ability to deliver seamless user experiences.
Experience with product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English; German or French is a plus.
