By harnessing your creativity through captivating videos and compelling texts, you'll attract top-tier candidates, including those passive gems not actively seeking new roles. Your knack for tracking outcomes and initiating strategies will enable you to build a pipeline of high performers, aiming for a milestone of 250 in three years.

In this role you will
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage diverse top business talents, including passive candidates.
  • Craft compelling job ads, engaging videos, and creative texts to capture the essence of our startup culture and the opportunities within.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes, following market trends and leveraging data to refine strategies and achieve targets effectively.
  • Proactively source AAA candidates, establishing a robust talent pipeline of high performers across various business roles.
  • Collaborate closely with our tech recruiter, providing guidance and support to enhance the overall recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What you need to be successful
  • Native-level fluency in German coupled with business fluency in English, ensuring effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high growth environment, with a track record of innovative and successful hiring strategies.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute novel recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities, capable of working closely with team members and guiding them towards shared goals.
  • Adept at data analysis and metric-driven decision making, with a keen eye for identifying trends and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Passionate about sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent, including passive candidates, to build a high-performing team.
