By harnessing your creativity through captivating videos and compelling texts, you'll attract top-tier candidates, including those passive gems not actively seeking new roles. Your knack for tracking outcomes and initiating strategies will enable you to build a pipeline of high performers, aiming for a milestone of 250 in three years.

In this role you will

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage diverse top business talents, including passive candidates.
Craft compelling job ads, engaging videos, and creative texts to capture the essence of our startup culture and the opportunities within.
Monitor recruitment metrics and outcomes, following market trends and leveraging data to refine strategies and achieve targets effectively.
Proactively source AAA candidates, establishing a robust talent pipeline of high performers across various business roles.
Collaborate closely with our tech recruiter, providing guidance and support to enhance the overall recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What you need to be successful

Native-level fluency in German coupled with business fluency in English, ensuring effective communication with a diverse candidate pool.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a high growth environment, with a track record of innovative and successful hiring strategies.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute novel recruitment campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities, capable of working closely with team members and guiding them towards shared goals.
Adept at data analysis and metric-driven decision making, with a keen eye for identifying trends and adjusting tactics accordingly.
Passionate about sourcing and engaging with top-tier talent, including passive candidates, to build a high-performing team.
