We are looking for a driven Founder's Associate who will focus on improving our Operations. This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects with high impact. You will work together with the founders, senior management and different teams, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development. Your main duties are:

• Support senior management team with strategic analysis (e.g., competitors, technical features, go-to-market approaches)
• Support and help to improve financial processes 
• Launch new strategic and operational projects and work on them very independently and proactively
• Closely work with founders and senior management team on various other topics

• A very strong educational background
• A proven track record of overachieving, a hands-on mentality, and strong interpersonal skills
• First experience in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced company would be a plus

• Proficient in English
• Available either for a full-time internship or as a working student 20 hours per week
• A hands-on personality who likes solving problems and seeing the impact of their own work
• Highly proficient in prioritization and time management
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing at deskbird
